Aaron Downey of the Montreal Canadiens and Brad Norton of the Ottawa Senators get ready to rumble and… you’ll see.


Blow-by-blow Recap:
-Shortly after the faceoff, Aaron Downey of the Montreal Canadiens throws down his stick and gloves.
-Brad Norton of the Ottawa Senators also throws down in order to start a true hockey fight.
-As they circle each other on skates, Aaron Downey accidentally falls to his knees. He quickly hops back up.
-While the referees and the other Montreal and Ottawa players watch, Downey and Norton face each other with their fists up, as if it were a real hockey fight.
-Norton takes a tentative move towards Downey, but they both step back.
-After more than 30 seconds of no action, the refs finally break it up.
-Norton and Downey skate to the penalty boxes, trying to look tough.
-Every NHL fan dies a little bit inside.
